Radial Discs

No matter what the material being worked, SUNBURST® Radial Discs are an excellent choice for finishing and polishing hard-to-access areas without removing detail or causing flat spots. The sharp, clean, specially treated ceramic abrasive grain embedded throughout their thin flexible bristles enable them to work faster and last longer than rubber wheels, brushes, buffs and conventional sanders. These radial discs generate minimal dust and heat and eliminate the need for polishing compound.

SUNBURST® Radial Discs are available in Standard, 3-Ply, 4-Ply, and 6-Ply options and grits ranging from 36 grit to 1 micron.

SUMMARY OF RADIAL DISC TYPES

SUNBURST® Radial Discs	Standard Radial Discs are available in 5/8", 7/8", 1", 2", and 3" sizes and grits ranging from 36 grit to 1 micron. Sold in packages of 12 pieces, mandrels sold separately.

3-PLY SUNBURST® Radial Discs	3-Ply Radial Discs are available in 2" and 3" sizes and grits ranging from 80 grit to 1 micron. Sold individually, mandrel sold separately.

4-PLY SUNBURST® Radial Discs	4-Ply Radial Discs are available in a 7/8" and grits ranging from 80 grit to 1 micron. Sold in packages of 6 pieces. Each piece comes mounted on a mandrel with 3/32" shank.

6-PLY SUNBURST® Radial Discs	6-Ply Radial Discs are available in 2" and 3" sizes and grits ranging from 80 grit to 1 micron. Sold individually, mandrel sold separately.

Radial Disc Mandrels	Mandrels are required for Standard, 3-Ply and 6-Ply SUNBURST® Radial Discs. Several options available in 1/8" and 1/4" shank options. Sold individually.

Radial Disc Adapters	Specially designed for use with 2" and 3" SUNBURST® Radial Discs with a 3/8" arbor. Right hand and left hand options are available.
