Returns must be authorized by a Falcon representative within one week of receipt of merchandise. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
What happens when you place an order?
Your credit card will be authorized for the full order amount when you place your order. The charges will be captured when the order ships.Once an order is submitted, it cannot be revised. Please note that we do not accept C.O.D. When you place your order online, you will receive an email order confirmation. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Credit card charges may appear as 'BOTSG Inc.' on your statement.
