Perfect for Polishing Detail Areas · Short Stroke · For Use on Small Molds and Dies

The U-LAP 30 is an air operated short stroke reciprocating profiler with a 0.3mm stroke length and speed of 40,000 RPM ideal for polishing fine detail areas and ribs and slots. Because of its short stroke length, the U-LAP is most commonly used on small molds and dies with a lot of intricate areas. The U-LAP 30 provides excellent performance with the following Falcon Tool products: 

U-LAPs require a connection to an air filter, regulator, lubricator such as Falcon's 3-in-1 Filter, Regulator, Lubricator system. Adjust the air pressure to a maximum of 90 psi for proper use. Use with light pressure. U-LAPs can be easily maintained and rebuilt. Repair Parts are available for purchase here!
